It was my first time visiting as I had a to have some staples Removed due to a surgical procedure I had done. The nurse was very kind and listened intently to my queries and concerns. She also involved the tissue viability nurse/woundcare nurse to ensure my wound was healing well. I was given further information on how to care for it. As a nurse myself this is the care that I would give to my patients. Thank you to both nurses.
