I was treated courteously and respectfully. Steff introduced themselves. I felt listened to and was offered appropriate treatment which was explained to me.

Everyone I dealt with was as nice as they were professional , despite being really busy I found the whole experience less stressful than dealing with my GP practice

Those we met were kind and helpful

Staff were very good no complaints we were looked after very well. Our only complaint was trying to get an appointment, we waited an hour on the phone only to be told there were no appointments but a Dr would ring back he did 9 hours later at 5am we finally got an appointment at 11.30am only yo be told go to A&E, we did mum had gangrene! Better direction earlier would have really helped in sorting out what became very serious.

Excelllent timely appointment. Seen by a lovely nurse who dealt with me sympathetically and gave me advice on what to do if the medication didn’t completely clear up the chest infection

The empathy of the lady on the phone could have been much better. Very cold telephone manner.

I think the same day health centre in doncaster is a fantastic service. I can always rely on it when I often can’t get an appointment at my own GP surgery. Have had nothing but great treatment and care here. Thank you.

The service from the tissue viability nurse was excellent, given information clearly and precisely.

On this occasion the service delivery was excellent and could not have been any better.

I got through to the service after around 20 minutes of phoning and was given an appointment on the day. When I arrived the receptionist was polite and the waiting room was empty. The GP called me in straight away and was polite and helpful. I left in a couple of minutes with a prescription for abx. Great service.
