Tried to get a appointment with my doctor for 2weeks none available 1 phone call here and was seen within 2 hours doctor was called Florence and receptionist Donna both brilliant

The staff/nurses were very friendly and helpful. They also gave advice on what to do if things got any worse.
Suggested improvements
Had a shorter ring back time.
Had somewhere closer to Askern as not everyone has transport.
You could have a waiting area for those waiting to be picked up.

I was told my lump was not a cyst or infected the doctor didn’t know what it was. Went to my own doctor it was a cyst and was very infected
