Good and timely service, the doctor was very understanding and appreciated my reason for being there. I feel I got the treatment I needed, thank you. Put my mind at rest as I was due for surgery within a few days, this has now gone ahead.

I was pleased with the care I received and was really relieved the GP I saw was so professional and understanding. He took the time to speak to me and find out what was going on. Wish there were more doctors like the one I saw.

I made two separate visits to the health centre last week looking for help with a bad cold/chest struggles and an ear infection. Both doctors I saw were thorough and professional. The second doctor I saw was extremely personable and down to earth and made me feel like he actually wanted to help me, I didn’t get his name but it was one of the best visits to a doctor I have had, if not the best. Couldn’t fault the service as a whole to be honest, so much easier than dealing with my own doctors practice!

My son is normally gets very agitated and stressed when meeting people he has never met and as this was his first visit he was anxious. The Doctor was young which made my son feel better and he spoke at length about my sons problem. He explained my son had Asthma and explained what medication he was giving and how it worked. He explained how the lungs work and what happens when people smoke . He was polite and spoke clearly and took his time to make sure my son understood. My son was at ease and calm during the consultation and understood the Doctor fully.

I do not think there was anything better that could have been done . I wish all Doctors could be the same

As soon as i walked into the room she didnt say hello/how am i,just sat down and said why are you here, she had my details up on her screen so she knew why i was there so i had to repeat myself again when id spoke to 3 different people that day on what was happening, i told her and she just said hmm, she didnt reassure me on anything or explain why what was happening was happening, didnt explain why i needed to do a urine sample, she then rang the hospital to see if someone would see me again didnt explain why she was doing that what that would he for, she got of the phone and said someone will ring yoy during the week and that was it. I rang 111 as i was worried and panicking and i didnt get any answers just if the bleeding continues go to a&e

The doctor should have abit more compassion for her patients, i left still worrying with no information or reassurance so i had to go home still unsure with what was happening
