The only issue was waiting times were about an hour, due to staff absence and appointments having already been allocated. Being informed there was a delay on arrival would have helped set expectation and perhaps an Understanding of where in the queue you are

Hi there, I was well impressed by the physioterapy practicioner Mr. Lee Scopes, which was straight to the point, efficient, open and clear with all the recovery process. Very happy with my future exercises and I can't wait to see the results. Thank you very much for this opportunity.
