Clearly smart clinician. As usual wish they would be more direct and share their thinking with me more. Although i imagine this is likely not necessary or possible with most or all patients. Believe he nonetheless attentive which is fundamental.

If a clinician thinks a patient possibly has capacity to understand or see what could be happening whilst the patient is nonetheless wrong or confused about what clinical manifestation is actually occurring then they should offer this insight to the patient. More helpful than harmful surely.

Venue seemed too small for number of people wanting to be there. Saw some people leave because they didn’t want to wait. Could have had staged arrivals based on surname allocated slots

The doctor was considerate and kind. This wasn’t his usual practice and he kept apologising for things taking a little longer whilst he got used to the system (this was unnecessary as I was happy to wait in the air conditioned room).
