I don’t have a long standing condition other than acid reflux and menopause

The person who booked contacted me to book me in was could have been more helpful and understanding. He said he couldn’t fit me in for a booking within the 2 hour timeframe advised by 111 and therefore I had to take responsibility for the appointment being 5-6 hours. I don’t know why I am liable for your lack of appointments When I saw the doctor on that evening thought he was kind and respectful and listened. I was seen promptly and the receptionist lady was very friendly and nice. 10/10 after I arrived for my appointment but 3/10 for the booking representative

I have parkinsons

I had to sit in the waiting room to be seen for well over over 2 hours even though people who arrived well after me were seen before me, maybe it's because they moaned and complained and I didn't. The same happened to other people in the waiting room too.
