The only minor difficulty was having to be involved in mobile telephone conversations in inconvenient circumstances, e.g. out-doors.

An appointment was arranged for me in a timely manner at short notice.
The receptionist had a polite welcoming manner.
The examination was carried out at the agreed time.
The Health Care Professional/nurse had a warm, welcoming manner which put me at ease.
The Nurse was calm, professional and showed empathy towards me whilst explaining what was happening throughout the examination and the way forward after the assessment.
Overall I was very happy with the service received.
I did not have any food during the examination so I have not completed that question.
