Really informative lady doctor, who was absolutely amazing with my appointment, asking me very important questions and listening to my answers which was great, I felt really heard from them. She gave me as much help and advice as she could.

I rang up early Saturday morning with severe tonsillitis symptoms and was booked in for an appointment within hours. I arrived early and was seen by the doctor early upon arrival. The doctor was very caring and kind and immediately prescribed medication which helped alleviate symptoms of acute tonsillitis within days. Great service.

I was seen straight away at my appointment time given, the Doctor listened to everything I said and took time to check my blood pressure etc as I’m pregnant. He carefully thought about what medication I needed, and was very kind and respectful.

My only problem was finding an out of hours pharmacy after my appointment, I tried two that the NHS website said should have been open but they were both actually closed. I spent an hour driving round and eventually just had to go home and wait for the morning to go to the pharmacy. So the only thing that could have been improved is being informed at my appointment where I could go that was open to get the medicine I needed.

The doctor understood that I was deaf and wore hearing aids. Although he wore a mask it was difficult for me to understand him because I mainly lip read. But he kindly raised his voice and wasn’t upset about me asking for him to repeat things. Overall a brilliant experience. Much more patience than going to regular doctors. They always seem to be in a hurry and I don’t have time to explain everything that’s going on. My doctor was quick to diagnose sciatica but I knew it was more than that.

For my experience it was good.
