I was told at 10am, there were no appointments left for the day, but arranged a call back Called 111 twice & call jacks promised, then the out of again and advised would get a call back Call back received at 4.30 and appointment given at 6.30 Excellent treatment given by the doctor on call. Thank you

I’m not sure you can, I believe you have budget constraints and limited amount of doctors for all services. So I appreciate I was seen in the day, I didn’t have to go to hospital, for me that’s a win, win. Thank you.

Call back operator was great...polite, professional, compassionate and efficient...I was given an appointment within a couple of hours...centre was easy to find and park...reception staff lovely, environment was clean and tidy...seen on time by nurse practitioner who was polite, professional and knowledgeable...put me at ease and diagnosed an ear infection, provided a prescription and even told me which pharmacies were open with it being boxing day

Waited 17 hrs for a Dr to call never did called 111 again got a Dr call after 7 half hrs went to surgery computer not linked to national data base !!! Got a prescription no chemist open

I developed a painful ear infection on Christmas day after struggling for a number of days with a nasty head cold. The doctor I saw was extremely kind, helpful, thorough and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. Thank you so much.
