The service I received was wonderful and no waiting. However I did end up paying for parking as when I contacted by phone I was told it was pay and display. However when I arrived at reception I was offered a ticket to put in my car to prevent clamping ? I was the advised I should not have had to pay, if I had driven through the arch. I was given the definate impression it was pay and display on the phone. Also when I first arrived and went to,see the nurse to have bp,etc taken I was advised by my wife who was in the waiting room that it was very clear to hear the conversation between myself and the nurse. Other than this I think the service provided was excellent , especially not having to go to a separate pharmacy to collect my medication.
