After being refused an appointment by my own surgery in Askern, rung here was told to come within 2 hours, after speaking to the receptionist, that was very helpful and friendly.

Lots of sign posting.

The last thing is not having a system where receptionists diagnose and nurses prescribe and what docs do is a mystery.

Everyone I came into contact was respectful, kind and understanding.
The nurses I saw were explaining through every step of the way and were just lovely.
