Unclear q.

Signage from the road side car park- showing where the centre is & ideally that parking close by is possible. I had difficulty walking & no idea where to go.

I was lucky to get the last appointment of the day( as the professional informed me). I had tried getting an appointment direct with yourselves but wasn’t eligible apparently. The service 111 booked me this appointment at your service. You have to keep so many appointments back for 111. The professional seemed bored and determined to get me through the system so that he could go home. He spent more time typing on the computer than asking me any questions about my problem.

Give more eye contact and converse with your patient rather than spend the whole appointment on the computer. A smile wouldn’t have gone a miss too!
