I had been told to make appointments for Cavendish Court on sat and Sunday after having an infected cyst lanced in esac. They told me to go to Cavendish Court to have it unpacked and repackrd. Cavendish said they couldn't do it. Waited two hours...eventually nurse saw me and tried to do it. I was sat up not laid down. She pushed the gauze in with scissors. She did not want to do it.

Why was I told to go there if they couldn't deal with me? Why did doctor not do it if nurse couldn't. I went back to esac at dri to have it done. Receptionist was really helpful
