The reception staff and the nurse I saw was very polite, approachable and friendly.
The nurse explained everything thoroughly to me and was very professional and caring.

Everything went well. There isn't anything that can be improved. Staff were lovely! The Dr who I saw, Karl, he was supportive and understanding. Helpful service.

The practitioner I saw was Karl, who was thorough and reassuring. I don't think improvement could be made on my visit.
