Was seen in a timely manner and the service was really good. The nurse who saw me was really nice and understanding and redressed my arm nicely.

Apart from a little bit of queueing at the reception there isn't really anything to comment on. Great service.

Straight forward appt, very knowledgeable staff and good care

I was told the appointment was at the urgent care centre and given directions however it was at the same day health centre. Thankfully we were in a car so did not miss appointment but we were late.

The service and care I received was excellent. Each person I spoke to was very thorough and polite in their questions. The Doctor I saw had a very calm and caring attitude, he put me at ease. Went through my symptoms thoroughly and explained the medication he was prescribing so I totally understood how my condition would improve. Lovely Lovely man...

The Service I received was better than I expected, based on the negative stories I hear on the media. In my case you couldn't improve on anything... Thank you

The GP I saw was just lovely, polite, kind & caring. I booked in on time and I was seen on time. Reassured me and gave me the meds I needed. A big thank you .

I found the service to be extremely prompt From the first point of contact via the telephone call handler to the actual appointment with the GP it was very efficient and straight forward My medical need was on Christmas Day and the service received was exceptional Thank you to the brilliant NHS service we have Wishing you all great thanks and blessings for 2024

I got better care there than I would have got at the doctor the doctor doesn't seem bothered at all thay have said is for back to A@E or a nurse will phone you next week
