The nurse who I saw Zoe was still learning. Dressing changed. I have had it done in the last 2 days and very painful. I can honestly say she has done a brilliant job, pain free - she will go far in her career. Thanks for getting us in.

I managed to get an appointment within less than 30 mins of the ringing time. I was seen to so promptly and didn't have to wait very long. So I am really pleased with the service. Please keep it up.

All aspects of my interaction with your staff were extremely good. The facility is very clean and inviting and was vastly different to the service I would have received if I had visited the local Medical practice in Thorne. Compassion of these two facilities is like chalk and cheese. I cannot suggest anything to improve.

Every person I had contact with from initial phone call to Dr ringing back, reception and Dr consultation was very friendly, extremely professional and kept me informed at all times. The doctor himself was very very nice and fully explained what my problem was, what treatment was needed. What to watch out for and described fully the aftercare needed. Overall an extremely pleasant and professional service and I see no area which needs to be improved upon. Well done!!!
