Thank god for this service , I rang my gp from 8 am on the day after attempting 30 plus times on answering to be told I couldn’t be seen was very stressful , I was in pain and anxious . The service I received from same day health was first class

I have had the pleasure of using the same day health centre on a few occasions and from the moment your call is answered, the staff are polite , very courteous and helpful and any call I have made into the service is dealt in a timely manner and an appointment booked and on this occasion I saw one of the Nurse Practitioners, who was so lovely and very professional and thorough and dealt with my issue straight away and explained everything to me . Fantastic Service

In respect of dealing with my health issue and care nothing could have improved my care on that day The only issue is if you have to ring back as I was held up in traffic on my way to my appointment and I was going to be a few minutes late but couldn’t get through and by the time I did , I had got there so maybe worthwhile having a feature on the phone where if a patient needs to call back due to an existing appointment that it can be diverted somewhere in order to let the centre know in a timely manner

The lady that I saw was very kind , got to the point and sorted me so quickly . She got in touch with the hospital and I got an emergency appointment quickly . Fab service from start to finish

My treatment was carried out carefully and with great consideration. I was treated by ACP Bernice. She was excellent. I was reassured that she knew exactly what she was doing and she did so with great care.

I was completely satisfied with my experience at the centre.

I was not properly assessed. I was prescribed antibiotics without even having any basic observations done (no tell taken/sats etc) my issue I went in for was a potential UTI and my urine wasn’t even dipped. I’m not happy ti have been prescribed something without proper investigation. I then ended up in the accident and emergency department as I was not getting any better.

I called 111 because I was away from home and very unwell and told to call here for an urgent appointment within 2hrs. I called and there were no appointments at all and there was nowhere for me to get help from and offered no other advice or service to contact, so I sat in my car for hours and passed out in pain.
