The nurse i saw was incredibly caring and made me feel comfortable

I felt really uncomfortable in the waiting area as someone waiting was not wearing their face mask correctly and clearly not exempt but wasn't asked to wear it correctly

I have had problems with arranging appointments with the reception at Devonshire house. My GP had referred me to the wound clinic but I had to speak to one of the nurses to confirm an appointment

From the first phone call, to the treatment, i have to say the service was first class. Linda, the nurse who saw me, is a credit your practice.

I take fluoxetine to help me manage anxiety& depression

It was a great service. Might have been useful to provide info on pharmacies that would be open to fill my prescription but as I Googled it, that wasn’t the end of the world.
