Not make me wait a hour and half after telling me to come straight in ASAP. And instead of telling me to come In for tests and telling me you can treat me to then be told there’s nothing they can do as they don’t have the tests available

I had a real problem understanding the doctor as her accent was really strong. I felt there was no proper communication and felt my problem was not dealt with. I came away feeling like I had wasted my time and just as worried and scared as when I went in.

I didn't have a good experience at all.

Giving my details to the receptionist lacked privacy. Everyone in the waiting room knew my name and my date of birth, as I knew theirs. I do not know the solution to the problem but I think as we are all wearing masks that it promotes the issue as everyone has to shout though the mask.

The system at the centre works well & I was very grateful for being seen , at such short notice . I have tried endless times to access my own surgery for an appointment to be let down time after time .. so thank you for this service at the centre & the staff working there..
