I rang the centre & within one & half hour I was diagnosed & got a prescription. The nurse I spoke to was very friendly & caring even helped me to send the email that was required

Upon arrival I was told my snood/mask was not adequate so was given a medical mask to wear which I applied, then to my disbelief the man at the reception (Phil was wrote on a name sign) took off his own mask and continued to chit chat while staring at me, all the while a young girl was running around mask less, I found it to be a pretty poor representation of a professional clinic, no bloods taken or sugars looked at even though only an hour or two previous I had blacked out on the kitchen floor, I was waiting an hour after my appointment time to be seen. It's unfortunate that medical establishments are being left to fall into a shambles like this, hopefully someone reading this can put something into motion to tackle these little problems.

I was seen by Nurse Brett. She was absolutely lovely and extremely professional. On time, welcoming and warm, thorough, sympathetic, clear in her instructions about how to take medication and helpful in what to do should symptoms persist. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Thank you!

Maybe display a sign in the car park to let people know NHS parking is free.

Once I got an appointment the doctor and people I dealt with were lovely

Made it easier to get an appointment, I was trying for 4 days to get in with my gp and couldn't, every time I tried to get in here also in that time I couldn't. I have a throat infection and am 24 weeks pregnant. The whole experience was stressful overall just to get an appointment, the doctor and staff were all lovely once I had managed to get in
