Over all my experience was pleasant for the pain I was in the staff were lovely

With the symptoms I gave over the phone I should of been sent straight to the surgical assessment ward the lady who dealt with me in the centre said it was clear it was suspected appendicitis so I shouldn’t of been given an appointment at 9.30pm it should of been dealt with ASAP

I given you top marks for your staff kind caring and understanding very satisfied with there care. Don’t get the same treatment as my own surgery why is this ? is it because of needed training to the same quality.
