The service and treatment was first class. The doctor who treated me fully explained everything and was very easy to talk to, very pleasant and appeared very knowledgable. I felt relaxed during the consultation and left feeling I had been well looked after.

Nothing really. I’m currently on crutches and permanently disabled. My wife is my career wasn’t allowed to stay with me. However we fully understand that this is because of the current coronavirus situation and I felt any specific needs would have been met if I had asked for help.

Fab service there as unable to see our own doctor disgracefull that you have to have these centres when there are doctors surgery’s in the community we live in and we had to travel 8 miles to be seen

I telephoned and was given an appointment within 3 hours which was amazing. And also remarkable given it was a busy bank holiday weekend. The reception and clinical staff were friendly and knowledgable. A massive thank you.

Could not understand parking rules,please understand elderly people do not always have a smart phone or internet.

Very efficient treated straight away

Probably sent my sample for culture test so I knew exactly what kind of bacteria was being treated , would of helped , as I explained this was reoccurring infection
