I received help with in a short time of calling up for an appointment with in two hours staff were friendly and the doctor I seen by was very helpful and an appropriate treatment was given.

Better time keeping of appointments I had to wait nearly half an hour after my appointment to be seen but was so grateful to have received an appointment so overall everything was good.

I wear hearing aids and can't walk without crutches .assistants were very helpful

I was quite satisfied with the young lady doctor, Told me what l needed to know, answered my questions and made me feel better about myself and my condition at this time

I rang Ooh and was asked to go in for an appointment at 5pm which was a rush to get there in time, 4 people in the waiting area and waited over an hour to go in and heard reception staff saying the nurse had gone on break so patients had been waiting.

Because for a 70year old woman I am fit and well.

Just let me know when my appointment was. I rang at 8am but unfortunately a doctor didn’t ring me until 6pm and said I had an appointment at 9pm.
