When advising time for a call back, be more accurate.. I was told within 2 hours, the reality was about 4 hours.

The staff member on the phone was lovely for initial contact. The doctor I was seen by was caring and thorough.

Time between initial phone call and a call back was over 3 hours.

Was seen very quickly after contacting out of hours, doctor I saw was fab, only negative was as it was Sunday, finding chemist open was an issue but apart from that all great
