Receptionist very friendly. Didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. DR knew what the problem was straight away. Very friendly and respectful. Wish my actual doctors was the same.

Was told I did have strep no tests but still gave a delayed prescription fro antibiotics, I have had this several times and know how it feels. Last time I had it was no symptoms but was still given a swab and came back as strep A. Dr's don't like listening to us. I will be getting a second opinion.

Listen to us not judge on past patients Dr's told me he had seen 10 patients this morning with the same symptoms as me, not every patients is the same I have had this for 6 days before even going to the Dr's.

Booked in quickly and same day. Only 10 minutes late to be seen but quickly assessed, treatment started. No problems and kind clinical staff

The wait for a callback was about 16 to 18 hours not good enough, but the treatment when seen was first class got antibiotics and steroids that were badly needed, just need to work on your callbacks

My doctor was incredibly kind and was able to explain medical knowledge simply. He was efficient.

The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. The dr really listened and made me feel heard. It was a very reassuring experience.
