Grateful that you were able to attend to my mother’s health issue promptly, within the day. This was of great importance as she does not live in the area and was visiting my family. Therefore not registered with a local doctor.

I was pleased with the overall service so at this time can’t think of any improvements

I got a call at 11.15 p.m I thought I was speaking to a Dr but he said he wasn't and would make me an appointment to see a Dr at the hospital at 1.30 a.m I was tired and unwell and didn't feel like going to the hospital in the middle of the night. He told me I would have to ring my GP back in the morning and make an appointment with them

I initially rang 111 at 6.30 p.m Didn't get a call back til 11.30p.m and wanted me to go to same day clinic at 1.30a.m This is not acceptable when you're feeling unwell and need antibiotics

I was really impressed with everything about your service. I was seen promptly and was given the best care, good explanation of condition and symptoms. I was dealt with calmly and with compassion as I had to be taken by ambulance to hospital where my treatment continued. Thank you for your kindness it really helped me deal with what was quite a scary time.

Did not really listen. I work in h/care and had already tried all advice and wouldn’t have gone on a Sunday for appt unless really needed further action

The practitioner that i saw was lovely - very warm and welcoming, unlike my own GP Practise. He explained what he was doing and why, what the results were and what that meant in terms if my health and advice on how to ensure I looked after myself to get better. He spoke to me about work and other things and showed genuine compassion. He was an absolute credit to the NHS and I really appreciated the care and genuine compassion shown to me during my appointment.

I was happy with the service I received, from ringing the same day health number, how I was dealt with via the phone and going to my actual appointment. I don't think that there was anything which could have improved the level I received on that day.
