I had an appointment at 8.15pm but wasn’t seen until just after 9pm. The reception never mentioned when I came in that they were running behind. It would have been nice to be informed rather than just sit there for 45 mins wondering what is going on. The doctor basically said he couldn’t help me and that I needed to go back to my gp or a&e. The whole reason I came to the same day health centre is because it is impossible to get an appointment with my gp. I felt I had basically wasted my time.

Receptionist could have advised they were running behind by over half an hour so I knew there would be a significant wait.

I was most impressed by how the appointment was run.

I was very impressed by the doctor. It is such a long time that a doctor has actually listens to me and explained what the problem was. I don’t think I can think of anything to improve it
