Sciatic pain ailment

The doctor I saw was perfect, totally understanding, thorough and attentive. I was amazed at how quickly I was dealt with from start to finish as I live just outside London where waiting times just to speak to a doctor are horrendous and appointments are excruciatingly long or non existent.

From the 1st phone call to my appointment I felt as if someone actually cared. At the moment I don’t feel as my doctors care. You can’t get in to see them and they don’t even want to phone you. I think your after hours service is 100% My only regret is that I didn’t phone you earlier I may not have got this bad if I’d been seen earlier. Thank you

First time of using this service and as an ex midwife I intended to assess the service. Other than the long wait to get through to them then not realising the call back would be from Blackpool the rest of the time was very professional and good service

The building could be signposted better!! But care and attention could not be better

Came with my daughter last night who clearly has tonsillitis, practitioner was quite abrupt and basically told kacey it wasn't tonsillitis antibiotics won't work and she needs to go home have fluids and try not to cough... saw family GP today she has tonsillitis and is on antibiotics and the GP hasn't a clue how the practitioner came to this conclusion as every symptom he put down is a symptom of tonsillitis.. telephone staff were very friendly but not happy with the outcome of the practitioner

I was in and out very quickly, I had a really painful nose infection abd was prescribed antibiotics and it is almost gone

Receptionist was quite curt when asking me to take a seat

Staff and doctor were polite, very thorough and understanding. The doctor didn’t rush my appointment, he asked lots of questions in a polite, calm and reassuring manner.

I don’t have anything to add here. This is the first time I had used this service and I would definitely use it again in an emergency where my own doctor can’t help. Thank you for a brilliant service

Really friendly, quick and efficient service! Given an appointment within 3 hours of calling and had my prescription an hour after leaving my appointment
