Quick speedy service as always. I called with chest complaints suspecting an infection & was issued an appointment 1 hours after the phone call. I was treat very well and have medicine to help. I have so much to thank your service for last summer 2021 I attended the same day centre cavendish court with shortness of breath, the gp wrote notes had them sent to a&e front desk and insisted I urgently get to hospital. Within hours they had me in CT and found a mass on my lung and other health problems . If I had been sent away with just antibiotics or even worse no appointment like my own practice couldn’t give me! I would have never known! Thank you!!

The waiting time was about three quarters of an hour over my booked time which I thought was a bit excessive

The staff were very efficient and caring, they were thorough and talked me through everything, and reassured me that if I was concerned I could phone and they would see me again straight away

I was treat with care, understanding and efficiency, I would recommend this service to anyone needing prompt medical treatment.

I can't think of anything that needs improvement as the care I received was excellent.
