I have osteoarthritis. I was pleased that I was treated promptly and received caring treatment.

Parking is a problem though I am aware that this might be out of your control. The reception desk was manned when I arrived so had no problem but people who arrived after me had to wait a while. I’m aware this could be due to a staff shortage due to Covid.
