Because they wasn't very helpful at all and told me I had to stay in pain till Friday which I think isn't very professional at all

Train your staff to be more polite and respectful that would help and also train them in maners

The level of care I received was excellent. I was given compassion and true concern from a kind nurse practitioner/doctor. Not sure which but I was very poorly and very vulnerable and was treated as a person rather than an illness. I was given time to explain my symptoms and felt listened to, before examinations. I felt genuine care and concern for my well being and physical illness. I would definitely like to sing the praises of the level of care I received by this health care professional in particular and for the service I received from the same day services. Thank you

I was involved in my care and treatment through out my appointment. The Dr who examined and treated me, was friendly, pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. He took my concerns seriously and was reassuring in his manner.

I do not think that there was anything that you could have done better.

Excellent service, the Dr I saw was lovely and understanding. I was treated with dignity and I'm already feeling better.

My only negative was the reception staff were more interested in chatting to each other.

The doctor was very abrupt, told me I had bile in my urine from a sample given and gave me the name of some anti sickness tablets to buy told me to go home and drink lots of water. If the problem didn’t improve over the next few days to contact my doctors for blood test or go to A&E I asked if my urine sample was to be sent off and she said no.

I believe I should have been referred straight to A&E As I attended on the Sunday morning at the insistence of my children and was admitted after tests and a ct scan diagnosed with a bile duct blockage and am now waiting for further investigation, currently waiting an MRI scan
