Everything was satisfactory. Appointment given as required. I didnt have long to wait once I arrived. I felt I was listened to and a thorough examination was given with extra advice re a follow up if there were any complications. Overall a very good service...thank you.

I was feeling really awful and dreaded having to go and wait for ages to be seen in a hospital. However, I was given an appointment to go to the walk-in clinic and was greeted very politely and kindly by a lady on the desk and asked to wait. Within a very short time, I was called in by a Doctor Who was very polite and respectful he was very thorough in his examination and explained what was wrong with me and how to try to overcome it. Thank you

Found it better coming here was seen quickly. Would gave taken hours on the phone to make an appointment with my Doctors and getting an appointment is nearly impossible. Being seen out of hour was fantastic

Pleasantly surprised. I could not an appointment with my GP nurse for two weeks and I was concerned that my infected leg would develop to become cellulitis as had happened twice.
