It was the pre assessment part of the process, I know my own body and I know what I was suffering due to previous experiences but no one would listen. The 111 lady was really nice though who did listen, everyone else not so much

Suggested improvements
Listen to patients and don’t assume anything based on a tick sheet. The services don’t scream friendly it screams frustrating and not wanting to bother ringing at all, which was the reason my problem got so bad because I didn’t dare ring in the first place
