I attended at 16:50 and was the only person in the waiting room. I had a 17:00 appointment. At 17:05 another lady attended and was called straight in. At 17:10 another lady attended stating she had a 17:15 appointment. She was also called in straight away. I was still sat waiting at 17:15. I was called in for my appointment at 17:18. Once in I wa treated very well and was given medication to treat a U. During my appointment service was very good apart from the wait and being called out of order.
