I wear hearing aids, industrial deafness

The whole experience was good. In the present times, anxiety can build quite easily when you cannot get to see your GP face to face and most conditions are aggravated by anxiety. The Doctor that I saw was excellent in every respect she respected me as a human being and went through everything carefully in a way that I could understand. She was upto date with my records and used them accordingly something you don't always get with your own GP. Thank you very much for providing such an excellent service.
