Suggested improvements
Nurse who dealt with me didn’t seem happy to be at work, diagnosed me but didn’t tell me what I had wrong with me just handed me a prescription so I am unsure if I need futher treatment. Also was told to remain quiet while she was completing a blood pressure test. Never had an experience like this before with the NHS. Very upsetting.
