I went there for back pain that was getting severe with time. I was prescribed antibiotics.

My appointment was booked for 11.15 pm and I arrived 10 minutes prior to that but the person attending the coming patients didn't book me in despite me requesting him to do so. That resulted in me waiting till 11.35pm. After that I received a call saying that my appointment will be cancelled as I've not arrived!! I was attended by a clinician at the end.
