It was excellent service from the person who answered the phone and enquired about my problem to the polite receptionist and in particular the doctor who put my fears to rest with knowledge, consideration and a reassuring sense of humour. I would highly recommend the service for anyone who is unable to get an appointment with their local health centre and is worried about their health problem. It's also very helpful having the service available 8.00am to 8,00pm.
