Even though I had booked an appointment for 8.30, on arrival I was told they were behind and they hadn’t even seen the 7.30 appointment. There were lots of children there too, I thought they had their own out of hours. The reception staff we’re really lovely with everyone and a definite credit to the unit.

Definitely needs splitting from the children section. The Dr was lovely but didn’t really know where anything was or if they had pre packaged medicines available, so just have me a strip of steroids, which , don’t get me wrong I was very grateful for as the chemists had closed at that point.
