How easily I got through on the phone. Also an appointment on the day as I can imagine it be really busy. All the staff, nurses, doctors all etc. were so very very nice and kind to me and didn't judge me at all as my injury is self inflicted through drug abuse. Also their gentle and polite the nurse who changed my bandages was to me 10/10. Really can't think of anything to improve at all honest. Also I have not been coaxed or coerced into writing this at all.
