Share review of Doncaster Same Day Health Centre

Everything was perfect- It’s one of the most efficient health facilities I’ve ever attended! I was met by polite staff on reception who seemed happy in their work place and the wait was probably less than five minutes. The Doctor/practitioner was really nice and my illness was treated promptly.

It’s only a minor issue so not worth mentioning but struggle with lack of direction and I had no problem finding the building but once inside the grounds on foot I didn’t see any signs to show you that you went around the back of the building to access reception. I did see a member of staff in the grounds and asked her directions and she was most helpful. A lot of neurodiverse people have trouble with directions or even noticing signs so perhaps been told to access reception around the back of the building during the initial phone call would help. However I did manage and was happy but just wanted to offer a suggestion
