The service received was excellent- our GP couldn’t see us (daughter with unpleasant and painful ear infection) however the Same Day Health Centre was excellent. Staff polite and the gentleman who saw and rapidly diagnosed her condition was the best health employee I have encountered - pleasant and cheerful, putting my daughter at ease, confident with his knowledge explaining how the infection had probably arisen. I must admit the gentleman is a true credit to the NHS - especially in the current environment of years of cuts and the huge impact of COVID and many others could learn a lot from his wonderful treatment.
