My call was answered quickly, politely, thoughtfully and thoroughly, eventhough I couldn't get an appointment,my call was late in the day , I had a call back first thing the next morning,saying a prescription was waiting for me at the chemist.

It would of been better if I had received the prescription on the day rather than waiting until morning.
