When I have been here before, I have had excellent care and left feeling cared for respected and happy. Yesterday I came in feeling not great (sore throat that I've had 6 days and generally down) and I went out feeling much worse! I saw Dr Ranjan and he asked me if I was worried about my throat and I said yes of it being cancer. I said yes my grandad. He then asked what happened and I replied that he had to have a tracheostomy and died. He asked what I thought the problem was and if I thought the gaviscon I'd take for my dyspepsia caused it. He was unfriendly, not at all reassuring and made me feel unworthy and like I'd wasted his time. At the end he shooed me away with his hand rudely.
