The length of time from contacting the same day clinic and recieving my appointment is the most dissapointing aspect of the experience as it feels like an eternity when you are ill. However, once the appointment was made, the doctor especiallt ensured i was looked after and i felt as though my wellness was important which is a suprising rarity nowadays
