Parking situation very concerning. Parking has to be paid for online. What if you are an elderly person who does not a phone which can do this or is unable to do telephone Parking? I did not see any machines catering for card/coin payment and the receptionist had no clue when I asked him. Please look into this. Your service users are not all internet/phone savvy individuals.
