I was given the appointment via the doctor on the 111 service. The nurse that I saw was very friendly and helpful with a vast of experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that my issue/ health concern was dealt with. I would fully recommend this treatment centre and would be more than happy to visit there again should I need it. The receptionist when booking in was also very friendly and polite.
