I suffer with chest infections since having my tonsils removed years ago. I told the 111 call centre and my GP Practice that I'm coughing up infection constantly and cannot sleep for coughing. I just need antibiotics to get better. None were provided. I'm still unwell. I'm a teacher who works with SEND Children 0-25 years. I worked up until the day before Christmas which hasn't helped my illness. However, my job is important to me.

Prescribed me antibiotics to get better - I take augmentin antibiotics which will be on my records.
