Because I don’t have any of the conditions listed. I do have diverticulitis and was displaying mild symptoms of the condition which was the reason for my visit.

Suggested improvements
Overall my experience was good and the Doctor who helped me was excellent. However, one part of my experience in the health centre that I think is very bad and needs addressing is when trying to check in at reception, it was difficult to make myself heard despite temporarily removing my mask. The receptionist repeatedly asked me for my details telling me to speak louder. This resulted in me having to loudly repeat all my personal details in a reception full of patients that have no right to hear them. Can you please install a system where patients can speak in privacy with the receptionist?
